All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

6. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website:
- You submit your order by completing the checkout process
- You receive an automated order confirmation email (this is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance)
- We review and process your order
- We send a confirmation once your order has been accepted and is being prepared
- We notify you when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched
A binding contract is formed only when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Inability to verify payment
7. Payment
We accept payments via Yoco, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
Payment processing is handled securely by Yoco. We do not store your card details on our website.

- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery or collection
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control
9. Returns and Refunds
At First Fruits, each product is handcrafted with love and prayer. Due to the artisanal nature of our goods, we do not accept refunds or returns on orders. If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours at info@firstfruits.co.za and we will gladly resolve the matter. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy
Backorder Policy
Certain items may be available for backorder when temporarily out of stock. The estimated lead time for backordered items is approximately 4 weeks. By placing a backorder, you acknowledge and accept this lead time. We will notify you of any delays beyond this estimate.
10. Allergies and Dietary Information
Our products are handcrafted in a home kitchen that handles various ingredients. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our products may contain or come into contact with:

- Gluten
- Dairy
- Soy
- Mustard
